Deployment of Creatives: We will commence the deployment of your creatives on digital signage promptly after receiving your payment. Due to the nature of digital content distribution, we cannot retract or reverse this process.

Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where we are unable to deliver the service as agreed upon or if there are technical difficulties on our end resulting in the inability to deploy the creatives, we will provide a refund or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
