3. Quality Assurance: We strive to ensure that our creatives meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In the unlikely event of any issues or discrepancies, we are committed to addressing them promptly and providing the necessary support to resolve the matter.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where we are unable to deliver the service as agreed upon or if there are technical difficulties on our end resulting in the inability to deploy the creatives, we will provide a refund or an alternative resolution at our discretion.
